MusicGift AI is an AI-powered platform that generates personalized songs based on user input. The Service allows users to create unique musical gifts for any occasion.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Tokens and Payments

• New users receive 2 free tokens upon registration
• Additional tokens can be purchased through our secure payment system
• Each song generation consumes 1 token
• Tokens are non-refundable and non-transferable
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

5. User Content and Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Distribute malware or engage in hacking activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Your Content

You retain ownership of the songs generated through your account. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store and process your content as needed to provide the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MUSICGIFT AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
